MASCOTHD Series Hydraulic Motors aim to provide high torque for low-speed applications. On specific request, the motors can also be custom-made to suit high speed requirements. These motors incorporate the “high flow” distribution system. The HD Series motors are always torque arm mounted, making them the ideal choice for applications such as Bucket Wheel Drives in Stacker Reclaimer, Apron Feeder, Wash press in Pulp & Paper Machineries, Cutter Motors in Dredgers Agitator drives, Kiln Drive etc., to eliminate misalignment. This is one of the robust in design for heavy duty applications. These motors can generate torque upto 55000 Kgm continuously. These motors are very good in taking shock load smooth in operation, Low noise level. Parking/Static Brake can be provided based on application. Special sealing arrangement is optional based on customer application.
The motors run with high efficiency and the power output from the motor is as high as 1000 KW. The MASCOTHD Series motors ensure trouble free operation even in dusty environmental conditions.

We also do upgradation of existing electromechanical drives Direct Gearless Hydraulic Drives to enhance the tippling speed of Wagon Tipler, increase the pulling capacity of Side arm Charger, Pusher and Puller cars.
MASCOT drives consist of a complete Hydraulic Drive System and the Power unit with electric motor, pump and tank, the control system, the hydraulic motor and the piping system. The power unit type HPU (Horizontal Power Unit) uses a closed loop hydraulic system to provide a highly dynamic drive system. We have the expertise to custom build hydraulic power units.

Custom built hydraulic powerpack for open loop systems can also be provided on request. These power packs are used mainly in luffing system of stacker cum Reclaimer machines, wagon tippler calipering system.
Our hydraulic reservoir is a unique design. Fully sealed Stainless Steel Hydraulic reservoir is mandatory for all our hydraulic systems. Pipe Fittings for return line connections are welded above the surface of the tank to eliminate the possibility of water or dust entry during cleaning.
Filters used in our systems are rated for higher capacity ensuring the thorough filtration of hydraulic oil before it enters the hydraulic reservoir, irrespective of the variations in the flow. The tank mounted design allows for easy maintenance and elimination of hydraulic fluid wastage during maintenance/replacement.
Safety accessories such as oil level indicators, temperature sensors, pressure switches, pressure transducers and shut off valve limit switches are compactly built without compromising on quality.
Our PLC controlled monitoring system is user-friendly, unlike other micro controlled monitoring system. The settings can be modified without stopping the systems, thereby enabling flexible operations. Touch Screen HDMI provides clarity during operations, is easy to handle and more than two years data can be stored
